Returns & Exchanges
- 100% FREE domestic returns & exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item or it doesn't fit, you can return the item for a refund or equal exchange.
- We offer completely free domestic returns & exchanges. Order with 100% confidence, risk-free. If you'd like to return an item, simply send an email to email@example.com and we'll create a return label for you. Failure to use return label within 14 days of it being issued, will result in a voided label and an ineligible return.
- Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- When mailing your items back, please include a note with your name and order number, as well as what action you would like us to take.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Failure to pack items neatly may result in a partial or no refund.
- Once we receive your return, your item(s) will be inspected. If your refund is accepted, please allow 2-5 business days for it to process. Please note: when sending your refund, we will deduct the shipping cost we paid to ship your original order in the refund amount.
- If your returned item fails inspection, it will be sent back to you.
- Sale items (anything marked down when ordered) are final. Items can not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged for a new size if available. If the new size is out of stock, unfortunately the sale is considered final. Skywear Original pieces are also final sale. We do not offer any sort of refunds or exchanges for these unique pieces.
Black Friday event: All sales are final. Discounted items are not eligible for a return however can be exchanged for equal or lesser value.
- For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as hats, shaker bottles, socks, wrist wraps, or scrunchies. All sales are final.
